Return Policy
We cannot take Any returns. If you need to exchange unused or unopen product, do it within 20 days of receipt. Shipping and handling are not included, customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges; COD’s will not be accepted. All Exchange products must have been purchased through a Mineral Glow website. Please accompany your Exchange with a copy of your receipt or packing slip and a brief explanation of why you are exchanging it.

Shipping Information:
Mineral Glow ships only within United States and Canada. At this time only standard shipping is available. We apologize for any inconvenience these limitations may cause.

Cancellation Policy:
Mineral Glow order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been “checked out”. It can not be cancelled.

Delivery Time:
All orders may take up to 10 -14 business days for delivery. Please note that during holiday peak shipping periods, deliveries may be delayed.
